General Secretary

  • Rev. Dennis E. Roe heads the staff and labors with each field as well as promoting the mission as a whole. He is a minister in the Reformed Church in the U.S., a decorated veteran of the Vietnam War, and served other mission agencies before becoming general secretary in 1987.

Field Secretaries

  • Each field is administered by field secretaries in conjunction with the General Secretary, all of whom are subject to the oversight of the Board.

Pakistan - Lahore Ministry

  • Rev. Dennis E. Roe - Interim Field Chairman, twenty-five years with WBM, an ordained minister in the Reformed Church in the U.S., and dean of students at City Seminary of Sacramento, CA.

Pakistan - Village Ministry

  • Rev. Samuel David - Assistant, a Pakistani native, the son of Rev. Alexander David, founder of the village ministry in Sahiwal.

Mexico - Tarascan Indian Ministry

  • Dr. Bill G. Higgins, Jr. - Field Chairman, an ordained Minister in the Westminster Presbytery of the Reformed Presbyterian Church General Assembly (RPCGA).

Central & Eastern Europe

  • Dr. Clinton Foraker - Interim Field Chairman, ordained minister serving in the Evangelical Reformed Presbyterian Church, former pastor in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, has served for ten years with WBM. See Biography of Dr. Clinton Foraker

  1. I’m curious about your theological publishing aspects. What do you have available in Urdu? I am actually working in Islamabad at the moment and heard about your ministry from a previous church of mine. I’d love to hear more about what work (if any) you have going on in the capital region. I do have Urdu, though limited time…Basically, I’d love to know what you have going on and how I might be praying and/or participating.
